anyone seen this movie before, it has a great dark atmosphere much like the movies "Black Rain" and "Seven". I actually dug this movie. It was a little different than was was being churned out at the time
London of 2008 where the city has become partially submerged due to rising seawater levels. there's a new serial killer rampaging through the streets. Burned-out police detective Harley Stone has premonitions of a series of killings in which the killer eats each victim’s heart and leaves astrological symbols at the scene of each crime. When his partner gets killed, he goes on a tracking spree .He realises that the killer he is tracking may not be human.
