We're due to make another blood donation again ... as well as for another bout of gluttony ....
when (blood): october 4th (two times, 9am, cos me and bear are going for the aphrensis thingy, or 10am for the fellows who want to donate whole blood) .....
when (food) : 7pm, for the food ...
where: HSA blood bank @ outram, then at modestos vivo
wat: donate blood, then to eat in the evening ....
I really hope that more people would show up for the blood donation rather than just for the gluttony outing this time ....
c'mon, lose some weight, earn some karma points ! .....
and since october 4th coincides with the Singapore beer fest and oktoberfest ... i was thinking ... paulaners in the evening ? ...

actually donating blood can't tell you whether you're healthy or not. Can only tell you your blood pressure .. and whether you got enough iron in your blood or not..
