I didn't write that note on the car as well. That block had very little car park available and so the drivers had to co-operate otherwise other cars will have difficulty parking. So the other drivers must have been frustrated and I can see 2 unhappy driver. One who wrote the main note. The other who just agree... very funny ... I was shocked to see it in the morning when I passed by but then though its a great picture to share :-D
