      What's your age? If you're between 18 and 21, you can still grow.

      Anything older then you can call yourself short.

      ok... if keep jumping daily for 50 times can grow ? or must jump how many times better chance to grow.

      skip rope for 1hr per day.

       

      go swimming for 2 hrs 3 times weekly, boarden shoulders, legs longer, torso longer

      165 is short. My gal friends are taller than you. Guys should at least be 175.

      My female friends have been complaining of guys who are either married, gay or short.

      does skipping rope , jumping jack, swimming really help in growing taller at all? got scientific prove or not de ar?

      yup, do u realised even singapore national swimmers r tall... at least 1.75m and above.

      y u all so tall. dam u all la. tall bamboo sticksss. i 165cm nia. everyday jump 30 min can grow ma? i dun like swimming and etc..

      Stand with back against the wall - 1.80m

      Normal walking (with slouch factor) - 1.77m

      Tip-toe - 1.90m (approx)
